This time, I did find an interesting idea. Since all you can do is change the font and not the size of that font, you can modify the font itself to reduce the actual proportions of the letters. Hi there, I was playing tonight and noticed that floating combat text is no longer displaying above my character when I’m the target of my own healing or shielding spell. The text does display as normal when I target and heal or shield someone else though – players, NPCs, etc.

It shows armor and hitpoint damage. I know floating healing text wasn't in the game during vanilla, but it's probably one of the more overlooked features from retail, and one that I sorely miss as a healer.

So back in WoD they had an “Floating Combat Text” tab in the interface options menu. There you could tick a box from “base” to “traditional” and essentially get the old floating combat text. In the Legion pre-patch however, when they simplified the UI, they removed this option entirely! Why? I don’t know. I’ve been trying different addons but nothing can fully recreate the same

Im playing with the newest patch 7.3 or so and i just installed sct for the first time in years, it runs fine but i cant access the menu ive tried /sct menu and /sctmenu but i dont get a menu, /sctdisplay does get a response but not anything i need, i see it in the interface tab but when you click its blank window.

Hello, does anyone here know of an addon that changes the floating combat text to exactly the same as the text we had in vanilla-mop or something like that? It needs to act in the same way as back then, very important.
